We ship all of our packages via Canada Post. Due to the higher rate of shipping costs in Canada, our packages are not sent with tracking to keep the price of shipping as low as possible for our customers.
If you would like your package to be tracked, please contact us and we can upgrade the shipping on your order.
If you live or will be in the Greater Toronto Area and would like to pick up your item in-person, please contact us before you place your order.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 1 week of delivery date to initiate the process. All product being returned or exchanged must be received back to us within 2 weeks of delivery with original packaging. If we have not received the item after 2 weeks, your return or exchange will be cancelled.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
